Burger Relish

Want to make brilliant burgers,  Or ham sandwiches.  Or a condiment to go with a steak.  This caramelised onion based relish will turn pretty much anything into “wooow”.  Keep a jar of this on hand for next bbq, picnic, for school lunches, or for any other time you want to easily add some oomph.

Even works in the most bachelor of bachelor pad Aussie bloke lifestyles (even though it is a little bit fancy)
